Ever notice that corporate stock photos all look the same? What's more, a search for "working mom" in a stock photo site will yield hundreds of photos of a woman at her computer with her baby in her lap. Even the "Lean In" collection at Getty Images does this. It's time to change the unrealistic portrayal of being back at a corporate job with a new baby at home.
